Join us for a taste of the festival and a cookery demonstration delivered in partnership with Heathcotes Brasserie.
Experience an evening of culinary excellence from Heathcotes' head chefs, with a live cookery demonstration, showcasing the technique of Sous Vide cookery and exploring the role of temperature in creating the perfect dish.
Your evening will include: a 3 Course Set Meal, 1 Glass of House wine on arrival (Red, White or Rose) and a live cookery demonstration with Heathcotes' Head Chefs.
