The University of Central Lancashire's Campus Masterplan vision is to create an attractive and inviting, world-class campus compatible with UCLan’s status as one of the UK’s largest universities.
A core principle of the plan is to integrate the university's campus seamlessly with the rest of the City, benefitting current and future generations of students, staff, visitors and the wider Preston community.
Developing a skilled workforce which meets local, national and international needs is also a central pillar to the UCLan's development plans. Over the 10 year lifespan of the project it is anticipated investing £200 million, helping to create jobs, kick-start regeneration and attract inward investment into Preston.

Just off campus at the junction of Corporation Street and Ringway, the main link between Preston railway station and the University of Central Lancashire campus, is a landmark Grade A office development, ALTUS. For more details visit the Development Opportunities page.
The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) is building a new Student Support Centre and creating a new square at the heart of the Preston campus.
