A hidden Georgian gem in the heart of Preston's conservation area...

Just a stones throw away from Preston's main high-street, Winckley Square Gardens make an ideally located peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

The park is surrounded by splendid period architecture and completes the scene as one of the finest examples of a Georgian square in the North of England. You'll also find the Sir Robert Peel statue welcoming you into one of the park's five entrances.

Enjoy some quiet reflection amongst the trees, take a picnic or even grab something tasty from one of the many cafés and coffee shops nearby. The serene Green Flag awarded park makes the ideal spot for a catch up with friends or an explore with the little ones. There's even the option to delve further into Preston's park scene, with Avenham & Miller Parks just a short stroll away.

And the fun doesn't end when the sun goes down... There's a selection of bars and restaurants adorning Winckley Square, with the park's paths lighting up, creating a chilled city ambience.
