John Brady, the Founding Partner, comments;
“Preston is growing at a rapid rate and has many like-minded ambitious businesses with whom we can do business. When our offices, 31 Winckley Square, became available, with its fantastic views of the Square, we knew it was time move”.
Councillor Peter Moss, Cabinet Member for Planning and Regulations said,
“We are pleased to welcome another business to Preston – reaffirming the city’s growing reputation for being a great place to live and work.
Since the successful restoration of Winckley Square Gardens and the continuing uplift to the area through the Townscape Heritage Initiative, it is great to see the business community in and around Winckley Square expanding. Long may it continue, and we hope Brady Chartered Surveyors enjoy the view from their new offices!”
