The proposed development forms a secure perimeter around the site whilst respecting the Grade II listed nature of both 21-23 Lord Street and Prince’s Buildings. The scheme features a large central covered atrium space which could provide access to the entirety of the healthcare provision on the lower two floors.
Proposed materiality is intended to reflect the character of both the retained Grade II listed buildings along Lord Street and the bus station with a mix of varying types of brick and grey cladding.
