What is Preston Partnership?

War Memorial next to tree in Flag Market

Preston Partnership is an independent partnership of businesses and organisations that are passionate about and committed to the city.

The Partnership is made up of organisations of all shapes and sizes with a common goal to champion the city of Preston and its surrounding area.

It’s an exciting time to be a Prestonian, whether you were born here or have adopted it as your home. The evidence of the city changing is everywhere, whether you look at the physical changes across the city centre and cranes and other construction vehicles across the central lancashire footprint, or if you focus on the ever-increasing range of both well-known and independent restaurants, bars and cafes.

And now is the time to engage in the dialogue about what happens next and how together we make it happen.

Together is the key. However, as we all know, together only works when there is commitment, energy and dialogue from all sides.

This is why Preston Partnership was created - to bring together the commitment and energy to establish a dialogue between the public, private and third sectors. It is an opportunity to actively engage in supporting the growth, development and future potential of Preston and making sure we all shout about it to the wider world.

Preston Partnership was established as a Community Interest Company (CIC) in 2018. In order for the partnership to maintain its independence and self-sufficiency, there is a small annual subscription. To join visit our How do I join? page.
